Is your food halal?
While our cooking strictly excludes pork and lard, our kitchen is not halal-certified. We source our chicken and beef from halal and/or organic sources.
Is your food allergen-free?
Some of our food contain nuts and dairy, and all of our food is prepared in a kitchen that also processes nuts and dairy. We try our best to accommodate all dietary preferences and needs, so please reach out to us if you have more concerns about allergens at email@example.com.
Do you cater to different dietary preferences?
While we try to cater to all preferences such as a gluten-free diet, for example, we ask that you highlight any allergies you may have well in advance.
What food do you offer?
We provide a conscious menu for children. Abiding by our good food philosophy, our food embraces whole, vibrant flavours. Our boutique catering menu is wholly tailored to your event and we do not offer set menus.
What makes you different?
We’ve done a lot on research on how the food our children eat affect their behaviour, which is why we maintain a strict zero sugar policy and use only whole grains to prevent sugar spikes. We also work to create a balanced, wholesome menu with vibrant colours and flavours to pique the interest of little people. As far as possible, we source locally and organically as we are committed to environmental stewardship.
Do you have a minimum spend?
Yes, our minimum boutique catering order is $500.
How far ahead do I need to book?
We need a minimum of one month’s notice.
What’s your payment policy?
We require a non-refundable booking deposit of 50% on order confirmation. We accept payment via bank transfer or PayNow. All payment must be completed prior to the event. Please note that we do not provide refunds for event cancellations.
How do I order?
A weekly menu will be emailed to you to choose lunches from. Our options cater to a range of dietary needs and preferences. All bookings must be made one week in advance.
What is your minimum commitment?
We require a minimum commitment of two weeks’ worth of school lunches.
Where do you deliver to?
Lunches are delivered daily to your child’s school in Singapore. We aim to deliver lunches at your requested time and will inform you if we cannot accommodate your requested delivery time.
What’s your payment policy?
Daily delivery is included at an additional $10/week. Please note there is a surcharge of $5 for deliveries to Sentosa. All school lunch subscriptions must be paid for in advance.
Shipping & Handling
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship our products within Singapore only. Please sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when we begin shipping internationally.
What are your shipping fees?
We have a flat $5 shipping fee on all orders. Minimum orders of $25 apply.
What’s your return policy?
We do not offer any refunds or returns on good sold, nor do we offer returns in the event of force majeure.
